Our yakitori is made of bite-sized pieces of all natural chicken and meats and vegetables on bamboo skewer, grilled over binchotan white charcoal and brushed with tare. Binchotan charcoal is the purest charcoal on earth, pure high carbon charcoal made from oak. It is completely odorless and brings out the natural flavor of the food. Popular street food in Japan is often paired with beer or sake. Prices are per skewer unless specified otherwise. A minimum of 40 skewers is highly recommended. (guests typically eat 8-10 skewers each). Under 40 skewers (<40), there is a flat fee of $80 to order yakitori services.
